Carlos Manuel Valente

Nasceu em Aveiro, Portugal, mas reside em Ovar. Possui o 5º dan em Contato Total Mundial, sendo mestre desse sistema. Na juventude, praticou Karate, Ruy San Ryu, Tainjutsu e Combate Urbano. É monitor de Kung-Do-Te e possuidor do título de treinador no IPDJ (mestre de Contato Total Mundial/CT Militar).
Iniciou no Karate por meio da Associação Desportiva Ovarense (Centro Portugal de Karate). Treinou ainda Kickboxing e Combate Urbano, mas formou-se em Ruy San Ryu e Taijutsu.
Seus principais mestres foram Carlos Coutinho (Karate CPK), Jorge Canelas (Ruy San Ryu) e Jaime Laurinha (Associação Algarvia de Ninjutsu) - Associação Portuguesa de Técnicas de Defesa e Combate Urbano. Atuou como monitor do sistema da Escola M. João Botelho e praticou (Pankration) com M Jesus Novo e Jujitsu/Luta Livre com Márcio Lima.Desde 2014 representa o Contato Total como embaixador do sistema para a Europa. Hoje, ministra aulas como monitor de artes de Combate Kung-Do-Te e Contato Total na Academia Espaço Aberto/Santa Casa da Misericórdia Ovar.
Fundou a União Portuguesa de Combate (UPC) e ensina Jet Body na Academia de Combate Urbano (TDCU). Dedica-se ao Contato Total Mundial, sendo mestre da OMCT, e representa oficialmente o CT de Adriano Silva e o CT Militar de Ruben lagos (Chile).Mestre Carlos Manuel Valente da Silva é apaixonado pelos filhos e campeão invicto de Freestyle. Sua missão é promover as artes marciais e disseminar o Contato Total Mundial, que é descendente do Kung-Do-Te. “Quero elevar o estilo de origem português e fomentar a prática entre os jovens. Me inspiro no saudoso mestre Ruy San, criador do Kung-Do-Te e difusor do Ninjutsu e Taijutsu na Europa”, fala.

He is a Kung-Do-Te instructor and holds the title of trainer in IPDJ (master of World Total Contact/Military TC). He started in Karate through the Ovarense Sports Association (Portugal Karate Center). He also trained Kickboxing and Urban Combat, but graduated in Ruy San Ryu and Taijutsu. His main masters were Carlos Coutinho (Karate CPK), Jorge Canelas (Ruy San Ryu) and Jaime Laurinha (Algarve Association of Ninjutsu) - Portuguese Association of Defense Techniques and Urban Combat. He acted as monitor of the system at the School M. João Botelho and practiced (Pankration) with M Jesus Novo and Jujitsu/Wrestling with Márcio Lima. Since 2014 he represents the Total Contact as an ambassador of the system for Europe. Today, he gives classes as a monitor of Combat Arts Kung-Do-Te and Total Contact at Open Space Academy/ Holy House of Mercy Ovar. He founded the Portuguese Combat Union (UPC) and teaches Jet Body at the Urban Combat Academy (TDCU). He is dedicated to World Total Contact, being Master of OMCT, and officially represents the CT of Adriano Silva and the Military CT of Ruben lagos (Chile). Master Carlos Manuel Valente da Silva is passionate about his children and undefeated Freestyle champion. His mission is to promote martial arts and disseminate World Total Contact, which is a descendant of Kung-Do-Te. “I want to elevate the style of Portuguese origin and encourage the practice among young people. I am inspired by the late Master Ruy San, the creator of Kung-Do-Te and the spreader of Ninjutsu and Taijutsu in Europe”, he says.
